KlickTrack's Public Menu has multiple configuration options available to allow your shop to customize the look and feel of your menu giving you the unique look to stand out from the crowd.

 

• Multiple pre-order options are available such as Express, Curbside & Delivery. (where allowed)
• Enable SMS messaging to alert customers to changes in their order status.
• Choose between a light and dark menu view, plus color themes to match your shop's style.

 

Once your KlickTrack Public Menu has been set up, you will have the ability to set up 3 different Pre-Order Options:
 

• 'Express' Pre-Ordering allows your customers to order from home and pick up their purchases in-store.
• 'Curbside' Pre-Ordering allows your customers to order from home and pick up their purchases from the safety of their car.
• 'Delivery' Pre-Ordering (Not available in all states) allows customers to order from home and receive delivery

Creating your KlickTrack Public-Facing Pre-Order Menu

 

1. Navigate to the Store Management section on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
2. Select Menus.
3. Select the + icon to create a new menu.
4. Enter the menu name.
5. Select the menu provider Public Menu.
6. Toggle Menu - On to activate.
   
   
    
7. Toggle Pre-Order Options - ON to activate:
   • Express.
   • Curbside.
   • Deliver (Where allowed).
     
     
      
8. Toggle for Dark/Light Theme.
9. Upload your Shop's Logo.
10. Enter Shop Description.
11. Enter your marketing message. 
12. Enter Inventory Threshold.
    
    
     
13. Toggle on SMS notifications to alert customers of order status.
14. Select order stages to send notifications:
    • New
    • Pending
    • Processing
    • Ready For Pick-Up
    • Complete
    • Void.
      
      
       
15. Select Save.

 

Setup Pre-Ordering (Post Menu Creation)

1. Navigate to the Store Management on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
2. Select Menus.
3. Select KlickTrack Public Menu.
4. Select Edit Menu.
5. Select Edit Menu.
6. Toggle on the Pre-Ordering Options offered to customers
7. Click Save.

 

Sending SMS Notification for Pre-Order Customers

1. Toggle on Send SMS switch to activate.
2. Select Customer Notification Status.
3. Choose stages of order processing progress to send notifications.
4. Select OK to confirm.
5. Select Save.

How do I embed my KlickTrack menu into my website?

To embed the KlickTrack public menu on your website, add ?iframe=true to the end of the menu url. This will remove the sidebar branding and allow the menu to be embedded on a shop's website.
